Tell
us a little about yourself:
Angie:
I'm a paranormal romance author who
likes to write about biker witches,
demon slayers and
things that go bump in the night.

Do you write everyday?
Angie:
Well I keep saying I'm going to slow
down and only write on weekdays,
but then once a story
takes hold, I tend to sneak in extra writing sessions on
Saturday and Sundays.
It can be hard to stop in the
middle of the action!
Influences on your career choice?
Angie:
I'm a huge reader. I love books. And
I'm a crazy big fan of Charlaine Harris,
Elizabeth
Peters, Katie MacAlister, MaryJanice Davidson, and well,
if I listed them all, you'd grow bored quickly.
Suffice
to say, I enjoy books immensely and one day I thought,
"I want to do that too." The rest is history.
This is a
great career for me because it's allowed me to meet so
many of my favorite authors.
And stalk them. Well, not
really. Well, maybe…
Do you have favorite authors? (If so
would you disclose?)
Angie:
Remember, you asked for it. My
favorites include the authors I mentioned above,
as well
as Joan Hess, Rhys Bowen, Michele Bardsley, JR Ward,
Sherrilyn Kenyon, Michelle Rowen,
Tate Hallaway, Laurell
K Hamilton, Amy Fetzer, Kerrelyn Sparks, Victoria
Laurie, Jacqueline Winspear,
Donna Andrews, Elaine Viets
and about two dozen others.
If stranded on a deserted island what
2 books would you hope you had with you?
Angie:
Undead and Unwed by MaryJanice
Davidson and Living Dead in Dallas by Charlaine Harris.
Describe how you felt when you first
saw your book(s) on bookstore shelves?
Angie:
It was a lot of fun. I had to fly to
San Francisco on my release date,
so I didn’t get a
chance to stop by any of the stores at home,
but once I
checked into my hotel, I walked down to the local
bookstore and The Accidental Demon Slayer was there! As
I stood there with a stupid grin on my face, the
bookseller asked if I needed help and I said,
“That’s my
first book!” She gave me a big hug (which was
unexpected, yet cool)
and had me sign the copies she
had. And then we talked about books for about an hour,
which was a fantastic way to wrap up my visit (and get
some new books for the plane ride home).
Twilight or Buffy?
Angie:
Buffy
Paper or Plastic?
A
ngie:

If I weren't a writer I would be...?
Angie:
